Tuition and Financial Aid

Tuition – Payment Policies – Financial Aid

The Archdiocese of Denver Catholic schools are an investment in the
future of our children and our Catholic faith.

St. Bernadette Catholic School is currently enrolling students
for the 2017-18 school year. Tuition for fall of 2017 has not been published yet, but we work with each family to establish the tuition amount that can be paid.

Tuition for the 2016-17 school year was based upon financial ability amounts if a financial aid form qualified the family through an application with FACTS Tuition Management Company; otherwise full tuition was $5,200 for non-Catholic or unaffiliated faiths, and subsidized tuition was $4,200 for those who have a valid Catholic parish affiliation form (including St. Bernadette Parish) deeming the family as an active parishioner:

In order to qualify for the “Registered Catholic” rate on tuition, you must be registered as a contributing member of a parish. A “contributing member of a parish” is defined as one who:

  • You must be a registered parishioner of St. Bernadette or another Catholic Parish.
  • You must regularly attend Sunday mass , or anticipated mass on Saturday
  • You must regularly contribute to offertory in your parish envelope.  If you forget your parish envelope, please be sure to write your first and last name on the envelope available in back of pew.
  • You must volunteer with parish or school activities and functions.

Volunteer Service

St. Bernadette Catholic School requires more than tuition for its support. Individual contributions in various ways are necessary for consistent improvement of the classroom education and the supportive infrastructure for faculty, staff, students, and parents. Families are expected to contribute time or fundraise money through one or more of the MAJOR fundraisers throughout the course of the school year. We acknowledge the time and sacrifice of all volunteers, and strong and committed involvement by families will be considered a fundamental factor in tuition assistance decisions.

Tuition Payment and Delinquency Policies

Once a commitment form is signed and the amount of tuition is determined, St. Bernadette School requires and expects that all families honor their tuition agreements.
